While it may seem a little strange to start planning for warm days while you’re gearing up for winter, there is a method to our madness. As much as we wish we could snap our fingers and give you the backyard of your dreams instantly, it does take a little more time and work than that. From the initial consultation to final completion, it could take six or seven months to complete the process.  

Right now, most home remodelers in the Des Moines area are busy, as many homeowners are investing more into their homes. It’s likely that when you sign on for us to build your project, you may have to wait a few months for us to start construction. Lead times may be longer due to the increase in demand for certain products and services, such as pool installation. For this reason, we’re encouraging everyone to start planning their summer projects now.

• The Reveal - Your project is done and improved quality of life begins!

• Check-in and Thank You - How’d we do? Feedback is appreciated and helps us improve!
