Provide an initial estimate and discuss the time frame for the next steps
Meet with your Design Consultant to discuss the full scope of your project and your initial budget. In this meeting, your Design Consultant will get some initial measurements and a feel for your style.
Once you’ve met with your Design Consultant, you’ll get an initial design and suggested budget.
Once you love your floor plan your Design Consultant works with you to choose your fixtures and finishes otherwise known as selections.
So you love the design Zenith provided. Now what? You’ll get a written proposal for your project to sign in order to move forward with the project.
In the pre-construction meeting, you meet your Superintendent and learn how to prep for construction.
Arguable the most exciting part and the most challenging: construction! Your project is underway and soon you will have the home of your dreams.
