A Jeld Wen solid core door greets you at the entrance to the bathroom, and a Schlage knob with Kinsler Trim in black matte adds a timeless touch. The walls got a fresh coat with Sherwin Williams paint to match Benjamin Moore’s "Classic Gray" color in a satin finish. "Chantilly Lace" semi-gloss paint on the trim and doors adds brightness, and Hygge & West wallpaper on the vanity wall adds an incredible pop of green and gold.

Waypoint Duraform Linen custom cabinets were used to build the double vanity, and Desert Silver Polished Silestone Quartz with an eased edge was placed on top. Gold pulls were added for function and style, complementing the gold in the wallpaper. A Kohler vessel sink and faucet in “Brushed Gold” and a gold-framed mirror complete the vanity area.

One Channing pendant with a gold finish was added to either side of the vanity, as well as can lights throughout the rest of the space. The master bedroom also got a lighting upgrade with the addition of a Serena & Lily fixture.

The bathroom was finished up with four different types of tile in the shower and for the flooring. The shower walls were completed with TX2 ceramic wall tile with a porcelain tile accent on one shower wall. The shower floor pops with Level White porcelain tile, and the remainder of the bathroom and new closet feature Cupuleti ceramic tile.

A gold Cohen linear drain was added to the shower. “Brushed Gold” Kohler fixtures were used in the shower, including a rain shower head. The gold continued to the bathroom accessories from West Elm, including two towel rings, a TP holder, towel bar, and a robe hook.

We had a bath and closet addition added to our Beaverdale home. We weren't sure how it would turn out since the age of most Beaverdale homes are very old. We met Kelly and started the conversation. Later met with Nicholas and then Julieta and the project started. All the crews on site were great to work with. Everyone was very responsive. The end result was far above expectations. Zenith did not cut any corners and did far above-average work. I was hesitant on some of the design features but once they fell into place was absolutely more than impressed. Zenith is a superior design and build company so if you are looking to have it done right make sure to contact them.
